“Be a man” is probably not a helpful or uplifting phrase.

This is really insightful. Please, let’s be brave enough to stop these superficial gender expectations and habits. We need every person to soar: men and women. Champion people’s hearts. Welcome their self-expression, their emotions, the sentiments and thoughts of their hearts. Everyone deserves to be heard, to be seen, and to be embraced.

It’s Christmas time. This Christmas, let’s make a point to love men better. That’s a really great gift. And it definitely keeps on giving. Imagine generations to come of men walking in their true identities, full of strength, full of confidence, full of compassion, and deeply knowing that they are accepted and loved.

That will be a revolution.
